DynamicDNSPro provides dynamic domain-name resolution services and low-latency traffic relays. The service is offered under monthly or yearly subscription models.

Each plan has a maximum number of active hostnames:

• BASIC: 1 hostname.
• CORE: 5 hostnames with network priority.
• QUANTUM: 25 hostnames with full API access.

Using DynamicDNSPro relays for unlawful activities is strictly prohibited, including:

• MALWARE_SERVER: Distribution of malicious software.
• BOTNET_TRAFFIC: Botnet command and control.
• PHISHING: Hosting fraudulent pages.

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If the link is not compatible with your Proxmox or NAS infrastructure, you can request a full refund through the WebPanel.

Our relay nodes maintain a 99.9% SLA (Service Level Agreement). In case of a critical backbone interruption, PRO users will be compensated with additional subscription time.

The DynamicDNSPro Nodal Agent requires compatibility with the following technical standards for an optimal link:

• NETWORK_PROTOCOL: Links over TCP/443 (Glow) and UDP/51820 (Warp-Tunnel).
• MAX_LATENCY: The node must report latency under 250ms to keep "Active_Uplink" status. On severe degradation, traffic is automatically rerouted to the nearest backup node.
• HEARTBEAT_SYSTEM: The "Heartbeat" service runs every 300 seconds. Failure in 3 consecutive cycles temporarily unlinks the hostname to avoid propagating dead routes.
• API_LIMITS: Plans are limited to 1000 updates/day (BASIC) and unlimited updates (QUANTUM).

The DNS service (dns.dynamicdnspro.com) is purchased separately from device plans, monthly or yearly. Your first DNS subscription includes a 7-day trial: a card is required but nothing is charged until it ends, and you can cancel before at no cost. Device plans include DNS Basic while active. If the subscription ends, records stop being published and are kept in case you come back.

To use your own domain you must be its holder or have their permission. On shared domains (ours or other users') names imitating brands, banks or sign-in services are not allowed, nor is phishing, malware or spam. The domain owner and DynamicDNSPro may remove without notice any subdomain that breaches these rules. You can report abuse at dns.dynamicdnspro.com/abuse.php.
