At DynamicDNSPro (MavkSoft), encryption and privacy are the pillars of our infrastructure. This document details how we handle the technical data needed to link your devices.
1. RESPONSIBLE_ENTITY
MavkSoft (Spain). Operations under European jurisdiction. Technical support: mavksoft.es
2. TELEMETRY_AND_OPERATIONAL_DATA
For Dynamic DNS operation we process:
- PUBLIC_IP_ADDRESS: Required for hostname resolution.
- CUSTOMER_SUBDOMAINS: Unique identifiers chosen by the user.
- BILLING_DATA: Securely processed via external gateways (Stripe/PayPal), with no local card storage.
- LATENCY_LOGS: Anonymous data for relay optimization.
3. ENCRYPTION_POLICY
All communication between the Nodal Agent and our servers uses encrypted protocols (SSL/TLS). We do not intercept traffic flowing through the link nodes.
4. RECORD_RETENTION
Technical data is kept only while the subscription is active. After 30 days of inactivity or cancellation, records are purged from volatile memory and the persistence stack.
5. ACCESS_RIGHTS
You have the right to export, modify or purge your link data directly from the MavkSoft WebPanel.
6. PRIVACY_ENCRYPTION (ADVANCED_SECURITY)
The infrastructure uses a multi-level security stack to protect data integrity:
- DATA_AT_REST: AES-256-GCM encryption for stored information and node databases.
- TLS_CHANNELS: Mandatory TLS 1.3 with Perfect Forward Secrecy (PFS) for all external connections.
- ZERO-KNOWLEDGE_ARCHITECTURE: MavkSoft has no visibility into traffic headers flowing through the relays, serving only as an encrypted transport channel.
7. COOKIE_POLICY (TRACKING_PROTOCOLS)
This site uses local identifiers ("cookies") to ensure tactical session stability:
- PHPSESSID: Volatile session identifier (essential). Self-destructs when you close the browser node.
- NODAL_CONSENT: Records your security preferences. Persists for 365 days to avoid constant reconfiguration.
- NODAL_ANALYTICS: Technical telemetry to monitor network health and load errors (optional).
